I have found that when I set a goal for myself (no matter how small it may be) that when I accomplish it, it helps start or continue a positive attitude. a lot of people here will tell you that a very important aspect of pursuing a healthier lifestyle happens between your ears & I've found this to be true in my experience.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest setting up some "Fast Break" goals; these are short term goals meant to "kick start" your journey. These "SparkStreaks" will help you focus & go a long way toward keeping hold of your positive attitude.
