Figuring out how to get the maximum nutritional value for the fewest calories, carbs, fat, etc consumes me! I play around with different food choices on my tracker just to preview the damage I am contemplating doing. It's been a real positive eye opener. I'm beginning to learn that if I eat such and such, this happens to my daily goals but if I choose something different I can stay on track. Reckless as this may seem, I never approached eating this way before. Now, not a single morsel gets into the old piehole until I've analyzed it like a game winning chess move.
