Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants equal to those in green tea and red wine, and especially loaded with Vitamin C and Potassium....and pomegranates are said to help control weight and reduce LDL Cholesterol. I agree with Russell eat the seeds...check your juice for sugars and sugar alcohols....seeds are the best as they also have fiber and the juice does not.

Pomegranate is good in a spinach salad with bacon, and feta.
Try eating the fruit, not the juice. If there was any fat burning quality to a juice, it wouldn't be diminished by eating the actual fruit. If anything it will be better. Food is never improved by turning it into a liquid.

That makes no sense. Fruit juice is full of sugar/carbs.
