Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants equal to those in green tea and red wine, and especially loaded with Vitamin C and Potassium....and pomegranates are said to help control weight and reduce LDL Cholesterol. I agree with Russell eat the seeds...check your juice for sugars and sugar alcohols....seeds are the best as they also have fiber and the juice does not.

There are 72 calories in about 3 ounces of pomegranate, raw and a person would need to walk 20 minutes to burn 72 calories.

Eating pomegranates might interfere with certain medications in the same way that grapefruit juice does...... so be sure to ask your doctor or pharmacist about any drug interactions.

Pomegranate is good in a spinach salad with bacon, and feta.

Try eating the fruit, not the juice. If there was any fat burning quality to a juice, it wouldn't be diminished by eating the actual fruit. If anything it will be better. Food is never improved by turning it into a liquid.

That makes no sense. Fruit juice is full of sugar/carbs.

Eat the whole pom.

it's probably a coincidence. There's no such food with "fat burning" properties.

That said, don't be tempted to drink MORE juice thinking it might help you lose more weight. Juice is devoid of fibre and pretty much straight sugar that will cause cravings.

i cant help to notice that whenever i drink this juice i loose weight!
is this fruit a fat burner !
