If you go to your Nutrition Plan, you will see under the date, "Tracker Options" - hover the cursor over that and you will then see "Show Meal Plans" - click on that.

Of course, if you find that you don't want to follow that, but still want some certainty with planned meals, you could create a 2-3 week rotating menu. I made one up for the Rest Home I was a cook at - it was a 5 week one. That way there was plenty of variety to keep the enjoyment with food and also the variety of nutrients on a roll. You can make them up onto cards. for each week, and where there are specific recipes you need to follow, have a small hard-backed book and have the recipes in there. The time involved is only the initial set-up. For each week you could have a list of what you will need for that week and buy that ahead of time.

awesome, yes please. Im not sure how to set up the meal plans. Unlike most people wanting to look for their own meals. Id rather just customize mine and following the plans with no effort. otherwise i just end up buying foods that go to waste buy the time i figure out healthy meals with it.. Thank you Becky

We have daily meal-snack plans on this site that are established for your weight loss calorie range.
We also have a diabetes "carbohydrate controlled" meal plans with the carbs distributed into meals and snacks.

Let me know what you want and if you need me to share the steps to get the showing on your program.
