I eat better when I plan. I use my crockpot a lot and that helps. Good luck to you in this..........It can be done.

Good for you! I have started including the entire family in our weekly meal plans. This wad DH and DS get some of the meals they want too and I can plan an alternative (or leftovers) if needed. It also allows us to plan lunches right down to snacks for lunch on the go and we bake what we need on Sundays. I find my weeks so much calmer ever when I am running when I don't have to think about what to cook.

I gave up corporate life because it was too busy and now I am even busier so waiting to have time to get healthy is not an option. My time is NOW!

For me, planning ahead and then tracking has helped me more than anything else. Good luck to you with this! You can do it! :)

I have been making the mistake of not planning my meals or thinking about when I will be able to work out around my work schedule and I have been doing horrible on my diet, so starting today, I am going to think ahead and plan better---A new month is starting and hopefully things will be a little more settled in my life than last month!! I have had a whirlwind of a month-- Not necessary a bad thing, just kinda got threw off on my eating and exercising, but that is okay I am figuring it out and getting back to it---
