NO NO don't do that. Drink lots of extra water and fruits and veggies. Don't even think about the past weekend, put it behind you and just remember to eat healthy. Good luck.

Just get back on track today. Don't look back at what can't be undone. Maybe eating extra fruits and veggies for a few days will help.
