Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken sound similar, but made in slow cooker, of course.

Does this look similar?

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over all.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear.
Sprinkle chicken evenly with cheese, and continue baking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with sour cream if desired, and serve.

I don't have that recipe, but here's what I do that's similar.

I take 2 chicken breasts and put them in a small glass pan. I put about 1/4 cup of salsa on each breast and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Remove foil and add a little more salsa if needed. Sprinkle with a bit of shredded cheese and bake for 15 more min.

Serve with nofat yogurt, sliced green onions, sliced black olives, avocado chunks, or whatever else sounds good. It's tender and tasty and very healthy.

Last year I found a wonderful recipe here. Baked chicken breast that were rubbed with a low sodium taco season first and then backed and.....that's all I remember. I believe there was picante sauce involved. I feel so foolish not to have kept a copy of the recipe but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction?
