I agree with using quick tracker. That is for recording that type of thing, where calorie burn is irrelevant.
This isn't something that's going to aid your weight loss goals, so it's not really something where the calorie burn needs to be tracked. So just put the minutes only in Quick Track and you can track the time spent and get fitness credit for that.

I go to a physical therapist and work at least an hour on my shoulders . Is there a place to log that activity? I do that 3X a week and then once those days at home, plus 2X daily when not going to therapist. I call that fitness, and would like to log those minutes.
