Sorry, when you click Track Strength Exercise, then at the top of that box you'll see the "Add from Workouts" section and an "add" button next to the workout you created. When you click that, it will add all of the exercises you put into that group to your tracker at once.

My page now only shows "track strength exercise" instead of "add". When I click on that I go to the site where I can edit and manage, but the manage tab only allows me to go through and add everything again. Then when I am done, the exercises still don't appear anywhere.

If you designed your own workout, just click on Add Strength Exercise, then click the Manage Workouts tab. You should find it there, then with one click you'll add the whole workout to your tracker. No need to check off boxes.

Help! I feel like a total infant getting this site to work. I designed a nautilus workout. It shows up on the day I designed it, but with no boxes by each exercise to check when I have completed it, and now I can't even get it to show up on the day I actually want to do the workout.
