Same here, I have started over I don't know how many times. I want to set my own challenge for this year to lose about 40 pounds but I always got this ? in my head " Are you going to make it this time or not!!".
I would love to lose it before Spring gets here. I would like to know how many out there fills the same way.
In stead of setting up a team challenge maybe it would be best just to have some one who has about the same problem to motivate each other and not have so much pressure put on us. Just be there to help each other out. What do you think about that?

I have joined several team weight-loss challenges (5% challenges mainly), without much success. I am not a competitive person, and when I slip up on these challenges I generally quit. I'm interested in hearing from other people about whether or not team challenges work for them; and if not, have they set up their own personal challenges that work better.
