I agree with the people who are saying that one small Pepsi won't hurt, but I can relate, and I know soda is one of my triggers too (especially wild cherry Pepsi).
If it's a trigger, I would stay away from it, especially since you've already proven to yourself that you can. Give it another week or two and see if the craving is still strong. Maybe have a small one then, but I think you may find that your tastes have changed.
I saw another poster suggest fizzy water. I would go for a small bottle of something flavorful to substitute, :)
A compliment for not having it for 3 months! And woo hoo for losing 50 lbs! My suggestion is: remember why you did that and why you wanted to lose weight. What motivated you then and what motivates you now? I'm sure you can find a way. Hang in there. Cravings don't last.

Don't beat yourself up if you gave in and had a Pepsi. One Pepsi or two or even an over indulgent day of eating WILL NOT make or break your healthy lifestyle ! If you were to eat right five out of seven days this week, you'd still be doing better than the average American.
As the old song goes,"Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". Give yourself credit for all the POSITIVE things you do for yourself. And stop beating yourself up because you're not perfect. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.
What to do ? If you need a fizzy fix, how about sparkling flavored waters ? I was a horrible Diet Coke addict. Wouldn't think twice about downing a 2 liter bottle. It took years, but I was eventually able to ween myself off the stuff. Drinking sparkling water helped me. So, you might consider trying brands like Perrier, Adironak, Polar, Trader Joe's, etc... lots of really good brands out there. Just make sure you don't get the ones with artificial sweeteners.

I think Pepsi is my trigger. I can have chocolate and not go crazy wanting more almost anything. The one thing I have done is not have a Pepsi in 3 months. I have been really stressed out and I fell like an alcoholic saying just want one. There were days I would easily drink over 1000 calories a day just with Pepsi. Im losing it here :(. I have lost over 50 pds I don't want to gain that back. Ugh im so depressed . It's bad when you would feel safer with a huge cheesecake than a 2 litter Pepsi. I hate tea and im drinking lots of water. Anyone have an idea to get me over this hump?
