Two cups of water upon waking up.

30 to 45 min later: after my showwer, etc
Trader Joe's vanilla almond milk with Olympian Labs pea protein.
Tablespoon of coconut oil
Sometimes, 4 strawberries (if chocolate)
Sometimes, tablespoon of chia seeds.
Blender or oil will clump.

Provides 30 grams of protein.
