Happy passover :)

Bad thing is... matzoh isnt good for you! right?! been eating lots of salad (not complaining) HOWEVER ive had no energy lately!! been able to do 40 minutes of cardio, 30 of weight lifting etc but after that i dont have enough energy for my 15 minute elliptical session i usually do at the end :( anyone know some healthy foods that will give me the energy to workout? (not high in calories please!!)
