I do the plyo every 2 weeks instead of every week and change it out with cardio. And if I don't have enough time for yoga I change it with whatever falls on the weekend.

I recall having that same fear of starting P90X. I had done 60 days of power 90 in order to prepare, but i still couldn't do "real" pushups. I was scared to even watch the dvds. And then on one of my confident days i just decided "screw it, i'm going to TRY" I did my best. I started out with core synergistics in the lean version. It was rough, but i obviously survived and i kept improving every day. It really is amazing- you will see some kind of results in just a week. I suggest getting the p90x xcel sheet found on the wowy website- they really help a lot for motivation and to see improvement!

plus, it really isn't all that difficult if you already exercise.
Like Jill stated You just do YOUR best. At first you will not be able to get through the exercises. In time you will get better. The great part about P90x is that it has someone that is doing a modified move. Follow them at first and then work up the others. When I first started I could barely do 2 push ups. I have been through p90x 3 times. I am also on my second round of Insanity. I did a One on One that was 30-15. 30 Push ups and 15 pull ups. Then you would have to do each at different positions. So by the time you were done you did over 200 push ups..... Well the moral is that in time you will get better, I did... Jordan

It is normal to be a little fearful of a new program, but you just have to push yourself to do it and if you can't finish it all at once, so what? Do what you can, and as Tony (the host of P90X) says frequently, do YOUR best, and forget the rest. If you have to take a ton of breaks, take the breaks! If you have to stop, stop. Just keep doing the videos every day, that's the most important thing. You'll build strength gradually. At the first of P90X, I couldn't do a lot of the moves. I'm 5, almost 6 weeks in and I'm in the best shape of my life already. It's given me great results.

how coem i have fear . is that normal. i am starting monday but i am scared i wont be able to do the whole 1 hour workour or even 20 mins
The easiest way to follow the schedule is to go to their website and use the free auto schedule feature. This way you can go there each day and it will tell you what dvd to play. There is a free part of the Beachbody website that you can get to by going to the blogroll on my fitness blog. I have completed 3 rounds of P90x and I am on my second round of Insanity.
Just Push Play each day. Jordan

I followed it as it's on the calendar, but I did more cardio sessions and skipped the yoga.
I usually follow it the way he says to do it. However, sometimes I have to take a day off that isnt at the end of the 6th day. So I might do day 1,2,3 then take my day off and then finish with 4,5,6. Sometimes I need to switch some workouts. If I do not have 1.5 hours for like lets say yoga on Tuesday, I might switch it with Plyo and do yoga on the weekend vs the week day. I love it! It's fun and not the same routine everyday!
