It is normal to be a little fearful of a new program, but you just have to push yourself to do it and if you can't finish it all at once, so what? Do what you can, and as Tony (the host of P90X) says frequently, do YOUR best, and forget the rest. If you have to take a ton of breaks, take the breaks! If you have to stop, stop. Just keep doing the videos every day, that's the most important thing. You'll build strength gradually. At the first of P90X, I couldn't do a lot of the moves. I'm 5, almost 6 weeks in and I'm in the best shape of my life already. It's given me great results.
