I am used to tracking, been a WW drop out.... getting back into the habit of doing it again and being committed!
Thank you for the feedback!

I think tracking your food really helps!

My husband is a skinny diabetic, he still has to fight with himself to eat right everyday. I am the queen of encouragement for other people, but not for myself....I wonder why so many of us have that same issue?

I am 57 and prediabetic. I am back for the 3rd and final time. Hope to get some encouragement and meet some Sparker's. I am just so excited to finally really be motivated.
Thanks,
Jo Ann

I am hoping that this program will help me rewire my thinking as well as help me push through and get me to my goal that has been set. My health depends on it! I am a weight watchers drop out, actually a few times. I have no problems with working out, but it's the changing the way I eat, and setting my mind to be focused on eating the right things even when eating out, which we do at least 3 times a week. Being over 50 and losing weight is a lot harder than it was in the 40's. I know it's do able, others had done it. I have to convince myself of this.....
