when in doubt, go with the grilled chicken salad - skip the bread and ask for the house oil and vinegar dressing on the side. :)

The grillled chicken salad doesn't look too bad, and get the Lo-Cal Italian dressing on the side. The veggie garden special pizza with the thin & crispy crust wouldn't be too bad either I don't think. That's all I came up with, unfortunately their fish selections are fried.
