...Tonight I made chicken enchiladas and chocolate chip cookies for a family going through a rough time and for my roomates ...but, I didn't eat them!! I had one bite of the enchiladas to taste them but for my dinner I had 1/2 cup chicken & 1/2 cup fat free beans on lettuce w fat free dressing. . ..Then afterwards even though it was later than usual I did my workout anyway. I am loving the results too much to slack off. Besides, it's a lifestyle right?
