Its portion control as well but it isn't rocket science.....Sounds like you have it all under need to track your food though and drink water

between the wii fit, spark people, insanity, and a decent eating regiment...i'm starting to get it. If i eat a cup of yogurt with oats and fruit and honey for breakfast...a big salad for lunch...half a can of peas for my 3:00 snack and a reasonable dinner i lose weight. If i don't do that...i don't lose weight. it's nice and predictable and after a while even a big salad fills you up. If i start getting hungry i just go to bed and hide out till the next meal time pops up. I learned that from my kid. lol Peace everybody, keep fighting the good fight! remember, the secret to success is not quitting!
