I've noticed that sometimes user-entered recipes don't include all the ingredients, I'm sure by accident. I agree with you that those numbers seem low for a dish that includes that much ghee (which is basically a tablespoon of ghee per person). However, the numbers would be correct for a dish that had 1 tablespoon of ghee (which is 1/4 of 1/4 cup), assuming that there was no other major source of fat in the recipe (such as creamer or milk or oil).

It might still fit in your diet, but you might have to make your own recipe with the correct amounts.

hi!
i was going through some recipes here and noticed a particular recipe calling for 1/4 cup of ghee for the curry but was only 187 calories and 4.9 grams of fat per serving (recipe serves 4) is that possible? sorry i just need re-assurance as i don't know how calories r calculated in recipes... thankx
