The person that entered that recipe may not have entered the ingredients correctly. Did you click the button to view the nutritional information to see what they used to calculate that recipe? If you want to create a makeover, you can click the create a recipe makeover button that is listed just above the nutrition info box.

In one of the recipes for hot cocoa mix it has that it has 91+ grams of carbs per serving. It is something like 56 calories, uses dry milk, splenda, cocoa and vanilla bean. I made it with vanilla powder and split the cocoa to have 1/3 of it dark cocoa. All of the other recipes that use splenda or stevia have something like 5-9 grams of carbs per serving unless they also have pudding in them. What makes this one come up so high? I thought if I went in to the remake the recipe it might change the nutrients, but I couldn't see where I could get it to refigure them.
