In one of the recipes for hot cocoa mix it has that it has 91+ grams of carbs per serving. It is something like 56 calories, uses dry milk, splenda, cocoa and vanilla bean. I made it with vanilla powder and split the cocoa to have 1/3 of it dark cocoa. All of the other recipes that use splenda or stevia have something like 5-9 grams of carbs per serving unless they also have pudding in them. What makes this one come up so high? I thought if I went in to the remake the recipe it might change the nutrients, but I couldn't see where I could get it to refigure them.
