I looked at your food tracker for today, and I think your intake seems pretty reasonable... That being said, 921 cals is definitely on the low side. Its good that you met your protein goal for the day; but even if you aren't very hungry a glass of milk or some fruit can help you get up to your calorie goal. I know that there are times I have a good workout and I don't have a huge appetite that day but still make it a point to eat in all my ranges.
On my workout days I seem to not want to eat. My body just does get hungry. I end up forcing myself to eat and end up not meeting my calorie in take. I don't know what to do . Like today am 499 under I meet my fat and protein. Is it ok to be under on cals if I meet my fat and pro intake?
