The important part is if YOU feel ready. I took that same quiz too, and it said I was ready-3 years ago...but I'm not at goal weight yet....it's a process and it takes trial and error to figure out the perfect balance of what works. Sounds like you're already doing it.

Don't worry about a silly quiz. Honestly, it's all about whether you are ready or not, not what the quiz says. =)

what an encouragment! I took the quiz are you ready to lose weight and it says I am almost ready. REALLY?
this angers me and instead of encouraging me, makes me think why am I bothering then ?
the recommendation to get supportive people around me, umm I cant make my family and friends support me. I use what I have which is spark people.
I do admit to not really believeing this is possible because I have tried for a lifetime, without success. So I just keep trying. I say You dont have to believe in it, just do it.
I am staying within my calorie limits, and doing at least ten minutes of exercise a day.
and this makes me not ready?
