Welcome Back! I am learning that fitness and diet aren't just a one time deal. It's a life goal, something you have to keep up with for the rest of your life. You can do it! You did it once and you can prove it to yourself that you can do it again!!!!!

Hi! I joined sparkpeople in Jan of 2008. I was very successful, lost 50 pounds befoe my gastric bypass, then lost 240 pounds. Well as the story goes I slipped back into my old bad habits and have put on 100 pounds in one year. Frankly that scares me to death. I am hoping that with some emotional support from the friendly people of sparks, I can get back on track. I feel like I am home!
