I'm having motivation trouble too. The other day I did a long aerobic workout, but the next day my hip and knees were very sore. I've hesitated to work out again. I'm thinking about taking some Advil before my workout to see if that helps.

I was there once. I had to push myself more than once to WORK at doing something. ANYTHING!! So I would cook, do the dishes. Then I would work up to luandry and then working with my flowers. Find something you can do one day at a time. then more on. You can do it. I have faith in you. Take care and May God Bless!!

well i have been awful the past few days! have no motivation at all and don't know why! was doing good and all the sudden i have the don't want to attiude!!! need help!!!
