Can you give us a bit more information ? I went to look at your food diary and you didn't have anything posted. If you're trying to lose weight, one thing you should do is try to log your food. Studies have shown that people who log their food lose more weight than those who don't.
Did you leave SP for a period and are you coming back ? If so, you can't beat yourself up for regaining some weight. That is something that has happened to every single member at one time or another. We are all experts at yo yo dieting. That was the past. You can't change the past, but you can influence and change the future.
start with some simple changes first. If you haven't been logging your food or watching your portions, you need to start logging. Have you been exercising ? If you stopped exercising, you need to slowly ease yourself back into a routine. Have you been eating your veggies ? If not, try to increase the number of servings you eat each day.
I give all new members one piece of advice and it's this,"Don't look at good health or weight loss with an all or nothing mentality". if the only healthy thing you did for yourself today was drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction.
Take baby steps literally and figuratively. start with some simple changes first.
