That is a great start. I have also been trying to do something similar. It is great to even get in that little bit of exercise. Keep taking little steps toward your goals and you will get there:)

I am trying to add workouts in the am, but because I have difficulty sleeping through the night, I often cannot manage to get up. To date that has meant, I blow the whole week off and just forget about it - but this week I manage 2 workouts before work! I call that a GREAT start.
