After you log your walk in the fitness tracker, you'll be able to see how many calories it burned on that page.

You can manually change your recommended calorie range (which it sounds like you did), but anytime you go back in and change something about your goals, it will default back to the range we suggest and you'll have to manually change it again. Just FYI, we don't recommend any female go below 1200 calories per day, both for weight loss and overall health.

Hi,
I am new to this website and I am trying to understand how everything works in order to stay on track of my goal .

Today, I begin my first exercise . I walk as normal speed for almost two for around 45 minutes. I am guessing I burned around 150 calorie . How can I figure out how many calorie I burned .

Also, after I enter my walking exercise under fitness plans, I look at the food track list . somehow the planning calorie ( in planning calorie) number was changed higher . I did set up my planning calorie number between 1000 -1200/ daily . Did I do something wrong to make the calorie changes itself .

Please advise and thank you
