I keep forgetting my rewards lol. I guess at the end I'll give myself a big reward. Maybe a day at the spa instead of the massage I planned but I haven't decided for sure.

I'm giving non-food rewards a try for awhile to see if it helps keep me focused and motivated.

I like funky, relatively-inexpensive handmade jewelry. I've lost a lot of my collection in moves over the past several years. So as a way to reward myself for sticking to my good behaviors until they become second nature, I'm going to buy myself new a piece of jewelry from Etsy every month that I hit my calorie/nutrient ranges and fitness goals at least 95% of that month. I figure this is more 'fair' to myself than trying to *just* reward weight loss, and will help me keep on track if/when I reach one of the dreaded plateaus.

I've given myself a $20 budget for each piece of jewelry so it's not a huge splurge, but I've seen several pieces I'd like to own for that or less. And if I see one more expensive, I can bank two months together to get it.

Does anyone use non-food rewards? What do you reward yourself with?
