I agree with you. I do not like making any kind of resolutions, cause they do not work. I just plan to cut out certain thing. To start not drinking soda's for me is a good start. If I work on one thing at a time it will help me make my goals. Too many is just crazy. I am drinking more water, and I walk 1 hr on my tread climer. One step at a time for me.
