No more fad diets for me. I have done 3 figure competitions in the last 4 years. Each time I stepped on stage at 105lbs, and then quickly rebounded to 135 higher. My stage prep diets were very restricted and bland, and I was doing cardio by the hour daily. At the end of each prep I hated eating clean, and hated the gym.

Now I am on a mission to eat all food groups in moderation and to reset my metabolism with minimum cardio, and plenty of weight training. I notice my weight gain in my face. And stomach the most, and after 3 low carb low cal diets I know the only way forward to make food and exercise part of everyday life. Food is not a reward. I am buying myself a name brand bathing suit like Nike or Diaz when I reach my goal.
