NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
2 - 8 ounce rectangle cream cheese - softened
2 cups powered (confectionary) sugar
2 - 8 ounce containers cool whip
1 deep dish already made graham cracker crust
Mix the first 3 ingredients in large mixing bowl until cream cheese is smooth. Spoon into graham cracker crust, top with any optional ingredients like sliced strawberries or blueberries as desired.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving
You can "lighten" this up by using fat free or reduced fat cream cheese and cool whip
