Use the Ninja for smoothies, soups, sauces, grinding nuts, mashing potatoes, grinding grains... pretty much anything and everything.

I have a Ninja and make smoothies all the time. I especially like to make large batches and freeze the leftovers to have frozen smoothies the reset of the week (for breakfast or dessert).

I make mine a little different every time. Throw in bananas, yogurt, berries (I use frozen), and some milk. Add honey (or artificial sweetener) if you like it sweeter. Adjust the ratios to suit your taste.

I have a vitamix and I am still finding new and interesting ways to use it

I love making soup in it. Try that. Just throw in veggies and some water and blend it up. I am not sure if the Ninja actually heats the soup though (a vitamix will)

Try making hummus, salad dressings, marinara sauce, soups, nut butters, nut flours, smoothies,
It is actually an endless list.

LOVE THIS MACHINE! If you go to the ninja website-there are free recipes or you can buy one of the cookbooks. I started with smoothies-proceeded with making my own nut butters and making pizza crust in it. I love it.

Why did you buy it? Didn't you have something in mind? Weren't you thinking "If I buy this, I can do that"?

If you're truly stuck for ideas, start with searching out smoothie recipies. Blending up fruits and vegies into liquid form is a good way to get a boost of freggies in the day and to have a healthy breakfast that's quick to make and can be eaten "on the run" with a plastic sipper bottle.

I got the ninja blender, now what do I do with it!
