"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Hi I am looking for tips to help with my night time snacking... After battling an eating disorder(and winning) I have discovered I still have the habit of saving my calories for the end of the day and grazing at night. I want to break this habit and limit my nighttime snacking. Any tips?
