I think a big help for you would be to plan your meals in advance and stick with it.

I, like another poster, don't eat dinner until late. I usually don't eat until about 8-9pm.

Add more food during the day, whether it be yogurt, hard boiled eggs, vegetables with ranch or hummus, etc. I also stuff out the house completely to avoid eating it late at night.

Hi I am looking for tips to help with my night time snacking...
After battling an eating disorder(and winning) I have discovered I still have the habit of saving my calories for the end of the day and grazing at night.
I want to break this habit and limit my nighttime snacking. Any tips?
