Welcome to Spark - I think just being aware and keeping track of not only my food intake but my exercise has helped me a lot. Don't give up - my weight is coming off very slowly but I feel oh, so much better - and I know that I am doing what is good for my body and mind.

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Likeothers I've tried a variety of weight loss over the years. This site shows there are others like me! Does anyone find this easier to be a part of then group meetings - I felt them to be negative!
