I know it shows that I’m a newbie as well, but I’ve been a member of this site off and on for years… and it’s still the one and only ‘diet’ I truly trust and believe in.
The best advice I can give you is to utilize this site as much as possible. Read the articles, join a team, use the nutrition and exercise tracker, but most of all, interact with all the other amazing members on this site. If you have a question, ask… I know someone will have an answer and be more than happy to help you.

Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. If you type your interests/hobbies in the team search bar you might find a team you like. You could also try the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example "30 something".
