Yes I think it is a great community and everyone strives to be healthy. I know what how great exercise is for me. Thank you for the offers of help. I may take you up on that offer. Tracking already helped me see my eating patterns. I have a sweet tooth for sure. Yes I still have a lot to learn about tracking.

I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

I went from 60 to 90 kgs. over 18 month period. Also from size 12 to 18. I have had a number of illnesses and on medication which has an effect of weight gain. I really want to have more energy and return to work. I hope to discipline myself, to visit each day and I appreciate the help very much.
