new to using message boards hope i use it well I am trying out the tracker and wanted to see if it is working I am using a photo of the last time my weight was normal it was taken in 1957 when i was 18 and i am hoping it will remind me to keep on track I was kind of stretched out of shape with the birth of my children but I have had many years to correct the problem and didn't and now I am hoping to just make the rest of my life as meaning full as possible by getting as healthy as i can

goals cholesterol LDL 70 reached but still active monitoring normal blood sugar this was met at physical in august 2013 however still watching carbs weight average
