There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you're comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for over a year now. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Hello, I am new to this program, but not new to losing weight. I have gained and lost weight many times in my life. I was down to 121 pounds when I was 31. I have weighed as much as 225 pounds. Now I am 50, and want to be healthy. My best friend had a stroke last week, and it made me think, as he isn't the person I thought would have health issues at his age. I am determined to make the weight stay off this time, and I am very lucky to have a child who will help me with this challenge
