Track your food, all of it, every day, the good bad and the ugly! It helps you see your habits and learn to make better choices without it being such a chore.
Get a little active for a week, 10 minute walks a couple times a day, even if it's just around the building where you work.
Then next week, add a little more. LIft soup cans, then lift milk gallons. Baby steps every single day to develop healthy habits you can live with every day.
Read the blogs. They really inspire me to get off the couch. There are so many people facing way more difficult challenges than I face and they are making things happen.
