Well Darlene, you are in the right place! My recommendation is to start small - track your food and what exercise you do and see where you are, then grow from there. Using their tracking tools, I have upped my fruits/veggies consumption and drink more water. I also move a lot more than before I started here.
Find a team or challenge that might interest you. Right now I'm doing the 28 day bootcamp challenge - you can modify all the exercises for any level of fitness - the important thing is the committment!
