Hi and welcome! One thing that really helped me was joining a SparkPeople challenge. You get a 4-week workout plan which is easy to track in terms of minutes and calories burned. Plus each challenge has a team and forum to meet other members with the same program.
Don't be afraid to add members as a friend if they have the same interests/goals! You'll get update alerts from them when they make a new post or blog and it's a good way to stay in touch and share advice/support.

I'm 23 years old with 2 beautiful children, but I'm looking to get out of my mommy clothes and into the ones that make me look my age. I'm determined and just looking for some support and maybe some fitness buddies. Lets do this everyone!!!
