A couple different ways, Karly,

1) go to the site "Sparkrecipes.com" and log yourself in. From there you can create your own recipes with the "My Recipe Box" feature.

2) go to your Nutrition Tracker. In the section where you normally search for your food items, click the tab that says "Recipes" - you will now notice there is an option to search the recipe database or "Access Recipe Calculator." Click that, and you can input your own recipe.

When you create a new recipe, how do you put it in the tracker and are the calories, etc figured out based on the ingredients or do you need to figure those out and enter as you go?

hi all ive a delicious spicy chicken soup.

so easy to make and the taste i fin to be so nice,
plus it makes 2 bowls so u can indulge without piling on the lbs .
it also fills u up for longer


3 chicken thighs
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of ccocnut milk light
1/2 cup of chopped peppers
tsp of mustard yellow
few drops of tabasco to taste
1/2 cup of chopped onions
tsp garlic

skin and de- bone the chicken beast,
add tomaoes.chicken and cocnut milk to pan.
no oil needed.
let it cook and the add the onions garlic peppers mustard and tabasco
and let it cook for about 25 mins stiring occasionally
add to blender and blend untill your liking.

its spicy. hot.delcious and filling
