First of all welcome to the site and glad you're here! I would recommend commenting on other people's posts, be it on the message boards or their personal blogs. Find people you have something in common with and friend them. That way you'll be notified when they post something new, and if they add you back they're more likely to see your posts and respond to them!
Sometimes I find support just reading the health articles on the site, too. They have a lot of good advice and members can comment on them with their own stories. I just urge you to connect with others any way you can and don't be afraid to voice your concerns, frustrations and successes!
Hi there, Just signed up today, am a little overwhelmed with the site. Seems easy to get lost and I think it will take some time to figure out how to make it work well for me. So far, it's helpful just to even track the food, workouts, etc. Posting to messages? Chats with Teams? How do I narrow it down and just have a small and consistent soursce of mutually shared support?
