Hi, im not really new have been on here for awhile but im new to the message board. I finally found the motivation to keep going and exercising daily again. Ive lost about 130lbs already but i still have a ways to go. Mostly need to do strength training to reach my new goals. I've planned out a 9 week exercise program for myself. I'm almost at the end of week 1 and am a little sore but im doing good. I'm very excited not only because i believe i can reach my new goal but because my boyfriend is also starting exercising and eating healthy and already its making a difference, having someone else close to you going through the same thing. :)
