in 2009, for a couple months, i tracked my fitness and nutrition pretty regularly and thought it was useful. i was surprised that i remembered my old password and thought i'd keep it up again since i'm getting older (well, relatively ), and i think what i eat affects me more and more each day!
anyway, i love weight lifting, thanks to my work's workout program that is fashioned after crossfit. highly recommend weight lifting to anyone!
i'm also a runner and am gearing up for the san diego tough mudder here in a couple weeks... if i stop posting, you'll know why
y'all are all inspirations! i love to see people working towards goals and being healthy.
