Hi wantztobefree, Wow I can certainly relate to what you have to say about going for the larder last thing at night. It is a real difficult one to avoid. I put things that I like that might not be good for me and that are high in calories in very small containers and bag them up individually, like individual chunks of chocolate wrapped in foil and put in the freezer. If you suck on a small square of frozen chocolate you can make it last as long as a bar of the stuff consuming 30 calories instead of 300. I have also found that by eating whatever you do as slowly as you can concentrating and trying to get every bit of flavour out of it before you swallow can really help as this tends to make you feel less hungry having consumed less food. I hope this can help out a bit, and the best of luck on this, what seems to be a very friendly and very motivational site. Cheers Trev
