I am really excited about losing a kilo in 4days, been sticking to my set healthy eating pattern and been getting myself motivated to exercise, 1 hour today! Feeling more energy cause when I started I was exhausted and needing lots of sleep, I think this could be the final turning point in my life! I also love Spark people and everything they stand for thanks a million!
