I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Hi i am new to the site and program. So far in the almost week of doing tbis i have lost 3 lbs. I am excited to get to know people and lend support. I have MS so i am hoping not only to loose 100 lbs but to stay mobile for my family. Hope the journey for everyone is going well!
