One thing you said troubles me. You said "I eat when I can." That tells me you're not putting a high enough priority on your healthy lifestyle. You really NEED to plan your meals and snacks and take time for eating--not just 'when you can'. Personally, I find that I do better if I have 3 small meals and 2 or 3 snacks (usually a piece of fruit or slice of toast with honey or a few nuts) between the meals--never more than 3 hours between some kind of food. When I go off this planned schedule, my eating is less healthy. I am not able to walk at all (20-30 feet at a time is good for me) due to injuries and mobility issues, but I can do exercise from my chair and do that daily. Even with my issues, I've been able to lose 80 lb. and am still losing. Join some teams of people with similar interests and I'm sure you'll find lots of support. YOU CAN DO THIS! You're worth it. And SP has lots of great supportive people here to help you.
