Hi I'm 23 will be 24 in February my son just turned a year old on the 18th......and u still have most of the 52 lbs I gained with him to lose. It seems that its been near impossible for me to be motivated and lose the weight I mostly try to avoid mirrors ....and nice clothes :( I was never the ideal weight for my height but I looked a lot better 50 lbs ago .....I just hope this helps with motivation.
